Ghanerao Temple

Ghanerao is a small town in Ranakpur which is a religious place as it abounds in several Hindu and Jain temples. Gajanand Temple is one of the most beautiful temples here. Inside the sanctum of the temple the arresting marble statue of the goddesses Ridhi and Sidhi are notable. Hanuman and Bhairon stand erect on either side of the statue as if guarding it. You must also visit Mahavira Temple, a 10th century Jain Temple.

Ghanerao also houses a stunning castle which has been transformed into a heritage hotel. Peaceful and beautiful, such is the ambiance of the castle.
