Jain Temple

Elegantly sculpted Jain Temples in Ranakpur mark the beauty of this destination. These arresting temples were built in the 15th century by a liberal aristocrat Rana Kumbha. These temples are held in high esteem by Jains.

Enveloped within a wall, each Jain Temple has its own uniqueness. The centrally located four faced temple is devoted to Adinathji. The fascinating temple has 29 halls which have 1,444 amazingly carved pillars. Here each pillar has its own distinctive style and beauty. The assembly hall deserves mention because of the two huge bells weighing 108 kg.
