Saheliyon Ki Bari

Step into the blissful ambiance of Saheliyon Ki Bari and experience the beauty of nature. It is also called the 'Garden Of Maids'. It was built in the 18th century by Maharana Sangram Singh II for his adorable Queen and her 40 maids. The royal lady would flock to this garden with her maids for relaxing and swapping incidents from their lives.

Stroll through the beautiful marble pathways surrounded by trees and refresh yourself by breathing in fresh air. The marble statues of elephants and lions throwing water from their mouths into the beautiful pool are noteworthy. The garden is also dotted with four royal cenotaphs constructed in black marble. The roofs of the cenotaphs are exquisitely carved out in the form of birds and water falls beautifully from their beaks.

The marvelous pavilions, enticing lotus pool, fountains and flowerbeds attract attention. Also a must visit is the museum inside Saheliyon Ki Bari where a rare collection of household items used by the royal family are on display.
